The link Vin posted has all the files, but the veh_dlls.pk3 screwed up my JAPlus, so I removed that file.
Not all vehicles have been uploaded either.

I can put all vehicles in one zip data and upload them... so we could upload the map

The map has all ready been uploaded, and not all vehicles *should* be added. I don't even think the probe_vehicle that is uploaded now is necessary. As well as the Zam Speeder thing and the gunship
